Responsibilities
Operate the shop, primarily on your own.
Follow recipes and procedures to provide the utmost quality of service and customer experience.
Be able to open or close the shop and maintain a cleanly environment for our employees and customers.
Assist in keeping the shop in working order by stocking and observing inventory levels.
Ability to stand long hours, move quickly and lift at least ~40 lbs.
Challenges
Sometimes very fast-paced customer flow.
Navigating non-ideal customer interaction with professionalism.
Working with complex and expensive drink-making equipment and following appropriate methods of operation.
Must Have
Must be 21 or older
Preferred: 1 year of service-type experience
Adept social skills
A willingness to learn and continue learning about the wonderful world of specialty coffee.
