This coffee has a wonderful, syrupy mouthfeel and balanced sparkling acidity. As a natural processed coffee, it will be sweeter than you may be expecting. This cup is perfectly paired with enjoying sunshine outdoors.
Drip Pot- 54 grams of coffee per 1 Liter of water, standard medium-fine grind.
Pour Over- 1:16 ratio. We tend to brew 25g coffee, 375g water, 3-4 "pulses" in brewing over 3 minutes. (Don't forget your 30 second bloom). Standard medium-fine grind. This coffee may benefit from a finer grind than our Maeva's blend, particularly on pour over.
French Press- 1:13 ratio. We bring the brew up to volume, let it sit until 3:30; at this point we stir, scoop up floatings oils and grinds and proceed to slowly decant our brew into our drinking vessel.
