Our Maeva's Blend is a classic medium-dark roast with rich earthy, citrus and chocolate notes and a vibrant acidity. The blend contains a Guatemala Huehuetango (washed process, varieties: Bourbon, Catura, Catuai, Mundo Nuvo) and a Timor (washed process, varieties: Bourbon and Timor Hybrid, Certifications: Fair Trade)
Drip Pot- 56 grams of coffee per 1 Liter of water, standard medium-fine grind.
Pour Over- 1:16 ratio. We tend to brew 25g coffee, 375g water, 3-4 "pulses" in brewing over 3 minutes. (Don't forget your 30 second bloom). Standard medium-fine grind.
French Press- 1:13 ratio. We bring the brew up to volume, let it sit until 3:30; at this point we stir, scoop up floatings oils and grinds and proceed to slowly decant our brew into our drinking vessel.
